Chef Liborio Genovese
Liborio Genovese was born in Sicily and grew up in Puglia. He collaborated with some of the greatest names in Italian cuisine, from Gianfranco Vissani to Sergio Mei. He collected experiences at some famous restaurants in Sicily and Puglia and then he moved to Milan. His cuisine is characterized by a strong bond with the Sicilian tradition, revisited with creativity and intuition and in line with the new trends.
After twenty years of experience at some of Milan’s most famous restaurants, Michele Nigro brought his expertise to Pier 52 when he decided to embark on this adventure with his friend and business partner Edi Beqja, as the two share the same experience, passion and restaurant philosophy.
